Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any order, by purchase order, fax, phone or electronically to Tribal Jewelry Organicjewelries.com indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payments:
All major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, And American Express are welcome. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number- the address and phone number that credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be charged prior to shipment of your order.

We accept bank wire transfer, money order, cashier's checks. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. We will charge a $ 25.00 fee on all returned checks.

Sales Tax Information:
All items shipped to destinations in Canada are subject to Canadian Goods and Services Tax ("GST") or Harmonized Sales Tax ("HST") . Customers of B.C.will be charged B.C. HST at 12%. No sales tax will be charged on any order shipped out of Canada.

Price & Quantity:
A. Minimum order $60 required for each purchase.
B. All prices and packaging are subject to change without notice.
C. Price, Case and Inner Pack are subject to change.
D. All merchandise is subject to availability at time of shipment.

Damages or Breakage:
Tribal Jewelry Organicjewelries.com inspects and well packed each order to ensure goods are intact prior to shipping. We are not responsible for damages or breakage during shipping. If breakage occurs, please contact the shipping company for your claim right after you receive the package.
